It marked the second time this season Arsenault scored a game-winning goal against the Capitals in Summerside. Arsenault’s power-play goal at 17:14 of the third period on Jan. 12 lifted the Tigers to a 4-3 win.Before 1,017 fans at the Island Petroleum Energy Centre, former Charlottetown Islander Dawson Stairs opened the game’s scoring for the Tigers at 15:54 of the second period. Jake Kyle and Luke Thorne assisted on the goal.
