The owner of Fresh Farms still appears interested in getting the rezoning needed to continue his far West Side Aurora operation.
The owner of Fresh Farms on Aurora’s far West Side decided to throw a party this week that was not wedding-related.
Earlier this year, the city cited Fresh Farms for violating the R-1 residential district by establishing an assembly and food service and you-pick garden uses, in addition to parking and signage violations. John Curley, Aurora’s chief development officer, said this week Marquez did come back to a Development Services Team, a meeting of all the divisions involved with developments in the city, “at which time we again laid out the required entitlements and the associated processes.”
