Tony Curran will take the role of Jamie Fraser's grandfather in Outlander: Blood of My Blood.
Outlander fans are thrilled following the casting announcement about the show's prequel series Blood of My Blood. Among the stars is Tony Curran, playing as Jamie Fraser's grandfather.
Tony told the RadioTimes he has spoken to fellow Scots actor Sam recently "a few times" on the hunt for Scotland v England tickets, he joked. "The scripts are really interesting so hopefully … it’s going back in time again, 1914 and 1714 so hopefully that’ll be another , I bet I’m wigged up again so another interesting experience.”
Although his role hasn't been disclosed in depth, we know the star will be playing the role of Jamie's grandfather in the spin-off.
