The cabinet has established an interdepartmental committee to ensure South Africa continues to address issues raised by the Financial Action Task Force, President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Thursday.
President Cyril Ramaphosa says the Financial Action Task Team acknowledged in February that South Africa had made significant progress in addressing 67 recommended actions.The cabinet has established an interdepartmental committee to ensure South Africa continues to address issues raised by the Financial Action Task Force .
Ramaphosa was also asked what the government was doing to get the country off the list and address the FATF’s concerns.
