to help local authorities ensure the safety of residents, as well as assist in assessing the damage from Hurricane Fiona.He says Canadian Armed Forces and Transport Canada assets will be deployed to conduct assessments so that they can get a better idea of the scope of the damage. He says Armed Forces personnel will also be supporting local officials in helping residents.
