Sipho Chaine grabbed all the headlines with his match-winning performance against Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 final. Therefore, further establishing himself as the first-choice Bucs keeper. They also have Ghanaian veteran Richard Ofori, new recruit Melusi Buthelezi and youngster Zoey Monyepao in the picture.Meaning, he is unlikely to get much game time if he stays at Mayfair. Bucs management want to see him play more and his best chances of this are at another club.
“The thing is they want him to play. If you look at his age it’s at a stage where he needs more gametime but as it stands now he won’t get that at the club and that’s why they are looking at loaning him out in January as his contract is only expiring on June 2024,”
