Orlando Pirates have recieved promising news on the future of winger Monnapule Saleng, who has been absent for months.
The club has put this down to ‘personal issues’, but many believe it’s due to the club’s resistance to selling the 26-year-old last year – Saleng had several European clubs, such as Monaco and Standard Liege, enquiring about his services.And according to SoccerLaduma, a return is imminent:
“According to Moroccan publication Lesiteinfo Wydad have made a tempting financial offer to Pirates for the young forward, with the South African club reportedly leaning towards accepting the bid, Kaizer Chiefs have added three new signings in January, but they are also working around the clock to offload a few of their players.
