Organised crime, fraud case opened against Prophet Lukau via SABCNewsOnline

A video showing Pastor Alph Lukau of Alleluia Ministries went viral on social media - after he claimed to be praying for a dead man who then resurrected.

Bishop Elly Mogodiri of St Oaks Global Church of Christ, in Hartebeespoort, north of Johannesburg, has opened a case of organised crime and fraud againstThis after a recent video showing Lukau of Alleluia Ministries in Sandton went viral on social media after he claimed to be praying for a dead man, who was then resurrected. But, the funeral service whose vehicle was used to ferry the alleged deceased man to the church has dismissed this as a ‘hoax’.

Bishop Mogodiri says he is angered by false prophets who are distorting the bible for their own benefit, as well as commercialising the church. Mogodiri: “The charges were laid on Tuesday morning against Mr Alph Lukau against the the manner in which he is conducting his financial business in the church. We grew up knowing that when you talk about the church, you would always refer to as poor as a church mouse but now it can only be as filthy rich as a church pastor. It can not be, it’s against the bible and it’s against Jesus himself.”
