Opinion: San Diego seems more interested in revenue than the environment of Mission Bay [Opinion]
But the city is intent on the preservation and enhancement of the revenue it receives from Campland. That is its only goal, and it shows in the plan. Campland will be isolated with a private island and the only beach in the picture.
The city is trying to recreate the very conditions that have blocked public access for three quarters of a century.So if you value public access, clean water, carbon sequestration and natural beauty, please speak up. We need your voice.
