Opinion: San Diego's new ambulance provider Falck USA must do better or face consequences [Opinion]
If service doesn’t meet what was promised by Falck — and soon — more excuses should not be accepted. At the least, penalties would be merited — and maybe even declaring the company in default on its contract with San Diego.
Falck is a Danish company that provides ambulance service to local governments worldwide. Its global reach suggests a basic competence at its job. It’s early, but it’s essential Falck keeps its word here.
