Party chalked up an array of accomplishments in the most recent parliamentary session, writes New Westminster-Burnaby MP Peter Julian
Every moment of this session, I’ve worked to keep the focus on one priority — fighting for you and your family.
We also delivered a second GST rebate that will put almost $500 in people’s pockets this summer. We fought against grocery greedflation that is straining your family’s budget, and we delivered much-needed funding for Indigenous housing across the country. Many Canadians are still struggling with the sky-high prices of groceries, unaffordable rent and mortgages that have increased by hundreds of dollars almost overnight. This is unacceptable.
