On Thursday, Colleges and Universities Minister Jill Dunlop also said she has struck an expert panel to look at the financial sustainability of the post-secondary system while focusing on “providing the best student experience possible.” The panel, led by Alan Harrison — the former provost and academic vice-principal of Queen’s University — will hold consultations and also look at meeting labour market needs and ensuring tuition and fees are affordable.
