Popular slay queen and Instapreneur Tebogo Thobejane said she was inspired to join OnlyFans by her American friends who were making a lot of money on the platform.

The platform, established a few years ago, allows influencers to post whatever content they like free of charge – from softcore to X-rated – for subscriber fans. Thobejane said she was inspired by her American friends who were making a lot of money on OnlyFans.“My seminude and lingerie pictures are everywhere on social media and many people can access them for free. I am glad that I am now getting paid as a content creator for my pictures.

“An OnlyFans user pays a subscription fee to view my private content. Subscribers can only view content once they have paid a subscription fee to you [as a content creator]. A content creator gets paid 80% commission on all income while 20% goes to the content service,” she said. “After I sent a proposal to several wealthy men, I just realised that most of them were just interested in sleeping with me, instead of empowering me as a woman,” she said. “Wealthy men always want to own you, hence they wouldn’t invest in your business even after you have presented [a business plan] and showed them investment returns.”

“Those who subscribe can also pay for intimate one-on-one with their OnlyFans idol. But they will have to pay more for this package as it is more exclusive.” “The lockdown has challenged me to think of different ways to make extra cash,” she said. Thobejane is not the first influencer to use the OnlyFans platform.
