Two men were injured in a collision between a van and a car in Omagh on Sunday evening. One of the men, the van driver, remains in a critical condition.
Two men have been taken to hospital following a collision between a van and a car in Co Tyrone on Sunday evening, with one remaining in a critical condition. The emergency services attended the collision on the Drumnakilly Road, Omagh, shortly before 8.40pm on Sunday, December 22, and involved a car and van. One of the men, the van driver, remains in a critical condition at this time.
A PSNI spokesperson said: 'Police attended the scene of a serious road traffic collision involving a car and a van on the Drumnakilly Road, Omagh shortly before 8.40pm yesterday evening, Sunday 22nd December. Officers along with other emergency services attended and two men were taken to hospital for treatment. 'One of the men, the driver of the van, is currently described as being in a critical condition. The road, which was closed for a number of hours has since reopened. 'Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone with CCTV, dash-cam or other footage that could assist with enquiries is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 1390 22/12/24.
