One man dead, another injured in shooting on San Antonio’s West Side

One man was killed and another was injured in a shooting on the city’s West Side early Sunday, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Officers were called to a home in the 400 block of North San Ignacio Avenue to find a man lying in the front yard with a gunshot wound to the face. Down the street, at the intersection with Rivas Street, officers found another man, 28, lying dead just outside the drivers side door of a vehicle.The injured man’s condition could not immediately be confirmed and the identities of the two men were not released.
