Dispatch.com readers selected winners for the Columbus area Athlete of the Week for the competition period prior to April 24.
The winner is Olentangy Liberty lacrosse player Isabelle Pohmer.
Pohmer received 34.2% of the vote and was followed by Watkins Memorial baseball player Trace Hartman, who got 25.3% of the vote, Olentangy Orange softball player Anna Wilming , Hilliard Davidson softball player Kendall Manos , Grove City Christian softball player McKenzie Kennedy , Marion Franklin baseball player Shawn Spaulding and Watterson softball player Abby Emswiler .
In 22 innings pitched , Wilming had 47 strikeouts and allowed no runs and seven hits and had a 1.000 fielding percentage at third base. She also had the game-winning hit against Olentangy Liberty.Thomas Worthington softball player Katie Niven named Columbus area high school athlete of the week
