Brian Lovell, an associate district judge in Garfield County, Oklahoma, was arrested in Austin, Texas, on September 11 on charges of reckless driving and
engaging in deadly conduct with a firearm. Authorities say Lovell opened fire on parked cars, hitting at least one, and intentionally rear-ended a woman's vehicle.
