Chris Holtmann says he's 'feeling fine' and 'should be good to go' for Thursday's matchup with Wisconsin after missing Sunday's Ohio State game due to health and safety protocols.
Both the Ohio State head coach, as well as assistant coach Ryan Pedon, were ruled unavailable for Sunday's matchup with Northwestern due to health and safety protocols, which left assistant coach Jake Diebler to fill in as acting head coach for the Buckeyes.
Ohio State got the win, 95-87, but Holtmann said on 97.1 The Fan Monday that he's"feeling fine" and expects him and Pedon will be back at their usual posts when the Buckeyes take on Wisconsin on the road this week. "We should be good to go. We've cleared that through our medical people," Holtmann said. "So we should be good to go on Thursday."
Holtmann, who had to watch Sunday's game at home, said he was"an absolute mess" as the Buckeyes took on Northwestern at the Schottenstein Center.
