Ohio State returns to the state of Texas for its latest running back commitment.
Four-star running back James Peoples out of San Antonio, Texas announced his commitment to Ohio State Sunday, picking the Buckeyes over Oklahoma and Texas while holding offers from Alabama, USC and Tennessee, among others.
Standing at 5-foot-10, 192 pounds, Peoples is the fifth-ranked running back and the No. 69 player in the 2024 recruiting class per 247Sports' composite rankings.
