Official: Yaya Toure Lands National Team Job

Former Manchester City and Ivory Coast star Yaya Toure has landed a new coaching job with a national team after leaving Standard Liege. Toure was the assistant coach at Belgian Pro League side Standard Liege but has now left the job after only five months to move on to the international stage. The former Barcelona star has now taken up the same role with the Saudi Arabian national side, where he will link up with his former Man City coach Roberto Mancini."When Roberto asked if I would join him in Saudi Arabia for this important project, while it was difficult to step away from Standard Liege, I knew it was the right move for me," Toure said on Twitter.
