Nunes signed for Wolves at the beginning of last season, and made 34 Premier League appearances to help his side finish the 2022/23 campaign in 13th position. It is understood that Wolves have also reached an agreement with City to sign Tommy Doyle on a season-long loan deal that includes a £5 million buy option, with the Manchester side also being the benefactors of a potential 50% future sale profit on the player.
