Despite the confirmation coming hours after the deadline, the Blues have now bolstered their midfield with the arrival of Argentina international Enzo Fernandez from Portuguese giants Benfica.The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a long-term deal with the London outfit and is now the most expensive signing in Premier League history.
"Benfica SAD also explained that Chelsea FC will have the right to retain the solidarity mechanism of 3.78% for subsequent distribution to the clubs that participated in the player's training.
