Durham police say 29-year-old woman is facing charges for offences including assault with a weapon and assaulting a police officer.
On the afternoon April 26, officers went to an address in the area of Brennan Road and Daniels Crescent in Ajax to try to arrest a woman who was wanted on outstanding warrants. Police say as officers approached her, she fled in a vehicle, striking other vehicles, including police cruisers.On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, officers went to the area of Kingston Road and Notion Road in Ajax and executed a search warrant.Zeanka Morin, 29, of Toronto has been charged with Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, Assault a Peace Officer x2, Assault with a Weapon x2 and Fail to Comply with Release Order.
