Writer Gabrielle Lisa Collard shares her latest style obsession with the size-inclusive slow fashion brand, Oddbird Co.

has become my go-to for sourcing pieces for what is now my “unofficial uniform.” I love this company to bits for many reasons: It’s family owned and run, and every piece it makes is comfortable—and can be worn anywhere, anytime—but what tops my list is its inclusivity values, versatility and commitment to sustainability. Little details get extra points too, like free alterations and compli- mentary lifetime repairs.

It’s obviously important to oddbird to make clothing that’s accessible. Why have you chosen to offer such a wide range of sizes? “Committing to providing such a breadth of sizes is the best decision we ever made. I’m shocked that so few brands do the same. It’s not difficult, and if [other brands in] the industry claim the contrary, that’s unfortunate. Since sustainable brands produce items in smaller batches, we have an opportunity to serve a more diverse community.
