The exclusive summer playground of the rich and powerful was stricken by tragedy yet again, as a former White House chef drowns in a paddleboarding accident.
Two brothers working at a Vineyard restaurant for the summer leapt off a bridge made famous by the movie"Jaws."
Tavaris and Tavaughn Bulgin, 26 and 21, respectively, were business students and seasonal workers visiting from Jamaica, according to Massachusetts State Police. Carolyn and Lauren Bessette are pictured walking together in an archive photo. The two were passengers on a tragic flight to Martha's Vineyard in 1999 that crashed into the Atlantic Ocean a few miles offshore.
