After several days without power, PG&E customers shared their frustration with what they said was inaccurate information from the utility.

Terrence Marley, who lives in another part of Oakland, says his neighborhood lost power in each of this year's big storms. It's been especially tough because he takes care of his mother who uses a breathing machine and needs to refrigerate her medication. "I've ask when will we get a crew out to come assess the situation? They don't know. It's always, 'I don't know.' That's the most difficult part," Marley said.'What can we do?' "It can just be where they are situated on the circuit. So, they may actually get power from different places. It's a case-by-case basis," said Tamar Sarkissian, a spokesperson for PG&E is aware of the issues related to the alerts with incorrect information. Sarkissian says they are "working on improvements."
