A 48-year-old Vallejo man was arrested after being identified through surveillance footage and other evidence, police say.
East Bay man charged with killing driver in wrong-way Highway 4 crash, fleeing onto nearby Pittsburg BART tracksFeao argued with his killer before the shooting, but that investigators were unsure what the argument was about. Investigators said in court papers that Gray was identified as a suspect through “surveillance footage, evidence recovered at the crime scene and statements from witnesses.”
Gray was arrested at his Vallejo home on Lincoln Road and is being held in Santa Rita Jail without bail. He is next due in court on Friday, where he is scheduled to enter a plea.
