Das Wienerschnitzel wird im «Old Swiss House» traditionellerweise mit Nüdeli und Brotkrümmel serviert. Und die Panade besteht nicht nur aus Brot, sondern auch aus Parmesan.kürzlich ein Ranking veröffentlicht. Auf Rang sechs figuriert das Restaurant Old Swiss House – und die NZZ rühmt es in den höchsten Tönen, besonders das legendäre Schnitzel, das dort seit Jahrzehnten auf die gleiche Weise direkt am Tisch der Gäste zubereitet wird.
Die NZZ schreibt:, wo sie sich schon einmal ausführlich «dem berühmtesten Schnitzel der Schweiz» und seiner Zubereitung im «Old Swiss House» widmet. Im aktuellen Gastro-Ranking wird das buttrige Schnitzel mit Parmesan-Panade mit 10'000 Kalorien beschrieben, in der früheren Gastrokritik waren es noch «eine Million».
