NYPD: 2 people struck by trains in separate stations — one fatal, one assault
Police say a woman was struck by a train Saturday morning after being pushed onto the tracks — but survived the impact and is being treated for her injuries — while another man died after allegedly jumping in front of a different train.
Detectives are investigating whether the woman knew her attacker, police said, but have not publicly identified a suspect. D, E and F trains were running with delays as were 2 and 3 trains — which were both skipping Fulton Street — as of 1:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the
