The suspect who is accused of shooting four victims in the Brooklyn andThomas Abreau, 25, is facing several charges related to murder, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted murder. Police believe he drove an illegal scooter while firing randomly at people walking in the street.
Chaos began when a 21-year-old man was shot in the shoulder in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn at around 11:10 a.m. on Saturday morning. Around 20 minutes later, an 86-year-old man was fatally shot in the back near 108th Street on Jamaica Avenue.
