Nvidia GeForce Now cloud gaming to be launched South Africa (in deal with Rain)
will launch its GeForce Now cloud gaming platform in South Africa in 2023 in a deal with wireless broadband operator Rain.
The service will be rolled out in stages in South Africa, with a limited beta programme launching in the first quarter of 2023, and full commercial launch following later next year.No local pricing details have been announced yet. An “RTX 3080” tier, costing $19.99/month , provides access to a GeForce 3080-based rig, exclusive access to RTX 3080 servers, eight-hour sessions and up to 4K resolution at up to 120 frames per second.
