It seems as if the trade union National Union of Metalworkers of SA (Numsa) and its representatives are fighting many legal battles
This time, former second deputy president Ruth Ntlokotse has served a letter of demand to Numsa spokesperson Phakamile Hlubi-Majola to retract and remove all defamatory statements posted on social media about her.
It further reads that Hlubi-Majola published on a WhatsApp group a post titled ‘Ruth’s lies’, which spelt out the following: Ntlokotse claimed in court that Mpumalanga was the biggest region to justify interdicting the congress; Ntlokotse claims to care about metalworkers and their families but wants the court to arrest and nullify the 11th congress.
