The pair appeared at the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Palm Ridge earlier t on Tuesday facing state capture-related corruption charges.
JOHANNESBURG - Six witnesses have been lined up to testify in the National Prosecuting Authority 's corruption case against former sports minister, Zizi Kodwa, and his co-accused, Jehan Mackay.
Kodwa is accused of accepting bribes from Mackay, who headed tech giant EOH, in return for government contracts between 2015 and 2016. Kodwa is scheduled to return to court on 21 August for a pre-trial conference and to receive the additional information his lawyer requested from the NPA.
