has accused the independent commission of “cherry-picking” to find a favourable verdict for Nottingham Forest in their points deduction hearing., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed the Toffees’ first hearing, which saw them deducted 10 points, has been “conveniently forgotten”.
The Midlands club were allowed to lose £61million over three years but breached that limit by £34.5million.
