Ms O'Malley-Kumar and Mr Webber, who were studying medicine and history respectively, had been walking home when they were attacked.Richard, who has started taking anti-depressants since, called police after he saw Calocane attack Mr Webber. Mr Coates, a school caretaker, was found dead in Magdala Road about an hour later, and Calocane then tried to kill three more pedestrians nearby using Mr Coates' van.
