A Michigan restaurant shut its doors during one of its busiest times because of “rude” and “cocky” tourists abusing the staff.

After Moore spoke to her staff on July 23, she decided to close the gastropub early.

“I’m so incredibly disappointed and embarrassed by the Fudgies we have this year,” she wrote. “My staff took a BEATING all week. Last night was our last straw. Too many rude comments. Too many arrogant individuals acting like they can throw money at us to get their way. Too many cocky jerks.” While some commenters accused Moore and her employees of being lazy, most of the comments were supportive, with many sharing similar experiences.
