SINGAPORE – Do you know anyone who has gone beyond the call of duty to help others or put Singapore on the world map?
ST editor Jaime Ho said: “In 2024, we will commemorate 10 years of celebrating the best in Singaporeans. In past years, the award has been given to Singaporeans whose achievements have placed the country on the world map, such as swimmer Joseph Schooling – Singapore’s first Olympic gold medallist – and his parents in 2016.
Mr Edmund Koh, president of UBS Asia-Pacific, the award’s founding partner in the past 10 years, said he has seen it grown through the years to become a “local beacon” recognising exemplary Singaporeans and showcasing the “enduring strength of the Singapore spirit”.
