No school in Starke Friday except Lawtey Elementary due to citywide water outage

Mayor Deegan will be at New Berlin Elementary in Jacksonville on Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Next week, Mayor Deegan will be at Westside High School.
