CAPE BRETON POST FILE PHOTO - Cape Breton Post File PhotoSYDNEY – A no outside food or beverage policy will be enforced during the Riverview Red Cup hockey tournament at the Cape Breton County Recreation Centre this week.
The policy comes at the request of Riverview High School, according to a press release from the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. It is similar to a policy in place at Centre 200 that doesn’t allow outside food and beverages into the building during ticketed events. No bags, backpacks or other large bags will be permitted during the Red Cup tournament, either.
Also, there will be no re-entry permitted for each game. Once a spectator enters, they must remain inside for the remainder of the game or leave without re-entry.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
