No ‘Modern Warfare 3’ Or ‘Diablo 4’ On Xbox Game Pass, Not Yet

The statement itself is an indication that the acquisition is all but closed, and it goes on to say that they will “start working with Xbox to bring our titles to more players around the world” by adding games to Game Pass over the course of the next year.
