Nissan’s lawsuit seeks $90 million in damages to recover costs related to its investigation of its former chairman
TOKYO—Nissan Motor Co. sued Carlos Ghosn in a Japanese court Wednesday, seeking $90 million in damages to recoup costs related to the former chairman’s alleged financial misconduct.
The suit is the latest in a series of legal broadsides by Nissan and Mr. Ghosn after he smuggled himself out of Japan in a box used for concert equipment.
