On Saturday, Aviation Forest Fire and Emergency Services also reported nine new fires, however they say after the update went out at around 6:30 p.m., an additional six were confirmed:Overall there are 46 active wildland fires in the Northeast Region. Of those, four are not under control, five are being held, ten are under control and 27 fires are being observed.
