Northern Ireland Electricity confirmed that it is investigating after a video featuring two employees with one saying a pro-IRA phrase close to a bonfire was shared online.
One of the men, who appears to be filming himself while wearing an NIE branded hard hat and hi-viz coat, can be heard saying 'up the Ra'.READ MORE:'Unprecedented' attacks on 11 ambulance staff condemned as disgraceful In a tweet on Wednesday evening, the electricity distributer described the video as "deeply offensive".
"The video circulating on social media is deeply offensive, and NIE Networks condemns the content without reservation," they said.In a separate statement to BBC News NI on Thursday morning, a spokesperson said: "We can confirm that NIE Networks is investigating a video which appears on social media involving two employees."
