NICOLE FRITZ: JSC’s exclusion of eminent lawyers is a travesty 🔒
The Judicial Service Commission reran on Monday the interviews for the two positions left vacant on the Constitutional Court by the departures of justices Edwin Cameron and Johan Froneman.
This was in terms of a settlement agreement reached with the Council for the Advancement of the SA Constitution .
