Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards first African host revealed

The awaed show honours the finest in television, movies, music, and sports, as voted on by Nickelodeon network viewers worldwide.third party channels at MultiChoice, Georginah Machiridza, said,"It is incredible to see young African talent grow and represent the continent globally."

African superstars from various disciplines have also been recognised, such as Major League DJz, Makhadzi, Pitso Mosimane and Nigerian singer Tems who are nominated for the Favourite African Star category. "I'm ecstatic to have been nominated for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in 2022. It's a dream come true to be recognised and appreciated all around the world. I'd like to congratulate and wish all of the African nominees the best of luck this year," said Tems in a statement.
