Those responses may land advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane in hot water, given that the head of her office's legal services manager, Muntu Sithole, insisted during his testimony before the Section 194 committee investigating her fitness to hold office that Ngobeni was a"senior counsel" who had invoiced Seanego Attorneys for legal services provided to the Public Protector.
