A host of prodigiously talented youngsters have been named in the latest 31-player Junior Springbok squad for the U20 championship.

This new event will be hosted in the Sunshine Coast region, north of Brisbane on Australia’s eastern seaboard during early May and will comprise a round-robin format where all teams will play each other once. The top team after the three-round, six-match tournament will be declared the first champion.
In July of last year it was confirmed that the Junior Springboks would be taking part in this U20 competition that mirrors the famed seniorFive members of last year’s Junior Springbok squad were included in the latest squad unveiled this week: Zachary Porthen , JF van Heerden , Asad Moos and centres Jurenzo Julius and Litelihle Bester.
