One year on from their famous win over Leitrim, New York will be hoping to recreate a fairytale in the Bronx when Mayo come to town this weekend.
Cavan native Alan O’Mara has taken over from Armagh’s Johnny McGeeney and, as ever, there has been a big turnover of players in New York. While they’ll be full of confidence given their heroics last season, Mayo will be an altogether different proposition in Gaelic Park.
