Doing These Workouts for Fewer Than 5 Minutes a Day Lowers Cancer Risk, Study Finds
Working out intensely for less than five minutes a day may help lower your cancer risk.
The researchers discovered that participants that did daily vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity for an average of 4.5 minutes a day had a 32% lower risk of developing certain types of cancer, including kidney, bladder, stomach, and lung cancers, over the next six to seven years.
