A new image from StarTrek StrangeNewWorlds reveals the arrival of Carol Kane joining the cast for Season 2.
Paramount+ has been beaming down so much exciting Star Trek news today for the third annual Star Trek Day, which coincides with the fifty-sixth anniversary of the premiere of "The Man Trap," the pilot of Star Trek: The Original Series. It seems only fitting that today should also reveal a new character joining the cast of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, a series that details a period just before Kirk becomes the Captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise.
COLLIDER VIDEO OF THE DAY The Season 1 finale of Strange New Worlds saw Captain Pike discovering that his tragic fate is, essentially, a fixed point in time and that, should he try to change the course of his destiny, it will lead to Spock's demise and certain devastation across the galaxy. The finale also saw the introduction of James T. Kirk whose own destiny would be inevitably changed if Pike attempted to change his future.
